Rick Sorcelli, VP Network Operations

Rick Soricelli is the Vice President of Network Operations at WT Solutions. Rick brings over three decades of expertise in Information Technology (IT) systems and networking, and 20 years of IT leadership experience. He has a proven track record of scaling businesses from inception to success. 

Rick played a pivotal role in growing a startup of 15 to an enterprise of 1200 employees and over $200 million in annual revenue. His strategic planning and implementation of Systems, Network, and Cloud infrastructure, along with assembling and leading the teams to support those systems, were key to this sustainable expansion. 

Rick spearheaded a global network engineering team, crucial in developing and upkeeping a private cloud implementation spanning 10 international datacenters, demonstrating his proficiency in global operations and cloud technology. 

Rick’s career is marked not only by the roles held but also by the consultative approach and leadership acumen that have been the hallmarks of Rick’s professional journey. Rick continues to drive innovation and operational excellence in the ever-evolving landscape of IT. 

Rick is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife.
