The WTS Story

Wireless Technology Solutions was established to meet the needs of our customers who require complex mission critical IT solutions and communications services.  Our first customer deployments solved the pressing challenge of Wireless POTS Replacement, and we quickly added Fire/Alarm Communicators, 5G Wireless Internet, and other voice and communications solutions.  Our passion is to help customers design, deploy, and maintain complex systems and services in a cost-effective manner, and across all their locations so that they can focus on their core business.

At the heart of WTS is our people which provide the highest quality 24X7 remote and local support with a national footprint.  We have designed software and processes to help our team monitor, manage, and troubleshoot complex IT environments in the most effective way possible.  As an extension of our team, our WaveCenter Operations Platform was designed to give our customers a centralized view of all remote IT and communications devices, assets, and services including trouble tickets, incident, and field dispatch.
